I am an HCPC registered Child and Educational Psychologist based in Warwickshire. I have worked for over 10 years, supporting families and education settings to understand the needs of children and young people aged 0-25. I am able to help you to understand how to support all areas of a child or young person's development including their learning, language, social interaction and emotional development. I am particularly interested in developing an understanding of children and young people's behaviour that might be difficult to manage. I enjoy working with preschool children and supporting their families to understand their Special Educational Needs. I am also passionate about supporting parents with their own needs so that they can develop their own resilience and are better able to support the needs of their family. I aim to work with honesty and compassion with everyone I support.
I am a mother to two small children and nurturing the progress of my own family has been an exciting challenge! I also try to find time for my own hobbies which include running and learning to play tennis.

I am an approachable, caring and compassionate person who aims to work with honesty and integrity. I am able to support across areas including learning, play, social and emotional development and parenting related matters. I enjoy using consultation techniques to support others to thoroughly explore a difficulty so that a deeper, shared understanding is established. I use my knowledge of typical and atypical child development and psychological theory to guide school staff and parents to a place where they feel empowered, skilled and confident to make changes and nurture progress.
My most important role in life is being a mummy. I love being a parent and whilst it brings challenges, I frequently draw upon my knowledge and skills from my studies to inform a responsive parenting style that nurtures progress.
